With over a decade of experience in direct support healthcare, Leo brings both professional expertise and a personal understanding to his role as a mentor. His background spans Comprehensive Community Services, mental health care, direct support for individuals with developmental disabilities, and helping adults in group homes who are overcoming substance use challenges build the skills needed to live independently.

Raised by his mother without a father figure, Leo has developed a unique balance of masculine and feminine energy that influences his compassionate, intuitive approach. He has experience in helping those with ADHD and autism navigate life’s complexities and supports clients in discovering how to move through life with meaning and flow.

Leo approaches each individual holistically, meeting clients where they are and seeing them through the lens of their own lived experiences. His mentoring style is rooted in empathy, patience, humor, and authenticity. He empowers clients to focus on the positive, overcome obstacles, and build a personalized toolkit of coping strategies that foster resilience, emotional regulation, mindfulness, self-awareness, and responsibility.

With over three years of mentorship experience successfully helping clients 6 and up reach their goals and a current full-time role at Brotoloc North, Leo is well-equipped to guide clients toward greater ease, purpose, and personal success.

Interests:

Outside of mentoring, Leo enjoys outdoor activities, humor, open-world video games, music, getting out in the community and spending time with family and friends. He is passionate about curating and sharing wisdom that promotes reflection, authentic self-realization, and emotional healing.
